Fragile Kids Foundation

I would like to invite you to be a part of our 8th Annual Derek Rackley Golf Classic. Our 2008 event was such a huge success, we will be returning to the Legends Golf Club at Château Élan on Tuesday, October 20, 2009 . In addition, we will have an incredible Pre-Tournament Party at Ray's on the River restaurant, complete with dinner, entertainment, auction, and raffle. Our tournament will benefit two charities that are close to my heart -- the R.A.C.K. Foundation (Rallying Athletes to Care about Kids), which provides two $5,000 scholarships annually to deserving student-athletes from my alma mater of Apple Valley High School and the Fragile Kids Foundation. I have now served on the Board of Directors for Fragile Kids for over four years and strongly believe in their goal of providing critical rehabilitation equipment (not covered by insurance) for children diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy, Muscular Dystrophy, Spina Bifida, genetic disorders and traumatic injuries. To date, this event has raised over $300,000 for children and families in Georgia & Minnesota!
We want to be sure folks can participate in the tournament a number of ways. You may choose to do a company sponsorship, an individual donation, or become one of our Ambassadors. By being an Ambassador, you raise money within your network which will enable you to play in the tournament. Here are the different levels of incentives:

1. $500-$999 in donations and you receive a $100 gift card to PGA Tour Superstore & play GOLF for FREE
2. $1,000-$2,999 in donations and you receive a $200 gift card to PGA Tour Superstore & play GOLF for FREE
3. $3,000-$4,999 in donations and you receive a $400 gift card to PGA Tour Superstore & play GOLF for FREE
4. $5,000+ in donations and you receive a $750 gift card to PGA Tour Superstore & play GOLF for FREE

* And don't forget, you can still make your own personal donation to get you started or help you reach that next level. For every $1,000 you raise over & above $5,000, an additional $100 is added to your gift card total!
In addition to the Ambassador program, we have traditional sponsorships available similar to what we have offered in years past.

When I entered the NFL, it was a priority of mine to make a lasting impression on those that are less fortunate. Everyone involved in planning this exciting event share my commitment to these worthy causes. I hope that you will join us this year to "score" for someextraordinary children who need our help.
